I realise that I use a lot of exclamation marks these days....is it akin to writing with green ink I wonder?

I agree with you about gratitude. Anger has it's place (part of the grief process as disease/disability etc changes your dreams I suppose) but after that fades a bit gratitude is the thing that keeps me going. It spackles the cracks of care, to be silly about it. (Perhaps spackle is 'filler' in the UK) My favorite quote recently is 'I'd rather be happy than right'. Which keeps the minor moaning to a minimum. Anyway, continued happiness to you, and thanks again for taking the time and trouble to make these videos.
