MONDYE





I have just wound these as they are, no mixing up of the colours. I will now rehank them to redistribute the colours. I will use both pictures in my shop for each yarn and see if people like that.

Love the pictures, the idea of a 'before & after' works for me.
These you have just posted give a better view of just how vibrant the colours are before they are 'thinned out' by re hanking.

Just MHO if it's of any use to you. :-)

I love the idea of both pictures (wound and rewound) that way each taste gets their go.

I personally prefer the variety of let the skein as it was dyed, and the colours clearly visible kind.
It has to be put on a swift for ballwinding anyways, and saves you one step towards selling the skein.

Colin, I love the idea of showing the yarn skeined both ways--it gives a better idea of how the coloration works.....I'd prefer if all hand-dyers did that!!!! :) Good call.
