Meditation

I meditate twice a day-most days.

I am trying to attain sainthood.

Trouble is I have never been sure that I don't just nap twice a day.

I'm with you -- when I sit still, with nothing in my hands or to read (heck sometimes even with something in my hands or to read) it's off to dream land for me!

Colin! Stop making me laugh. I'm trying to be grumpy today.

*chuckle* I am quite certain that if I closed my eyes in the middle of the day, I would nap.

Either way, meditation or napping, if it helps you feel better, then go for it.

My grandfather called it checking for holes in his eyelids. I always believed him until the snoring started.

Napping, mediating. Sometimes it's the same thing!

napping is the deepest form of meditation :-)

You are sure on the way of perfection there, and does it really matter if you dream or make up inner places of calm?

I myself find it hard to get into theat state of calm, and ther is a little tiny bit of envy that it seems so easy for you.
