Thank you to the commenters for their support and for telling me the stuff I knew but needed to be re-minded of. Keeping an online diary really is a good idea. I find the comments do help tremendously.
Feeling much better today and slept well last night.

We went to a restaurant in a state park tonight. There were three dogs (a golden, an apso type, and a black lab) all standing at the french doors with their tongues hanging out. It was all I could do not to open up the door and give them a treat.
Thanks to you, Colin, for saying things in a public arena that some of us still just think, or can only talk about to those we feel safe with.
