Amazon Knight

This is TREKKING XXL colour 28. I knit it toe up using Hiya Hiya 2.25mm circular needle. I used my own Andersson Heel. This is my third such heel and the best fitting. I only knitted 8inches from toe to where I started the heel shaping. (My foot is 9.75"-10" long). The heel is very easy to do and requires no picking of stitches.

OOOOOOO! I love that colorway! You must be truly focused, else how could you finish so many socks? I am a certified ADHD person. I can't sit still for longer than ten minutes. -sigh-

Your knitting is tops!

Wonderful socks! I love the colour and this little bit of pattern you combined with it. Could you please tell me, how you knit your heel?

Thank you,

Whoa Colin,

I wish I could sit and knit socks with you! You rock, man!!!!! I LOVE all your socks! I'm stuck making socks out of the Cat Bordhi book right now, (which, I must say, I am enjoying very much!!!) but am going to try that new heel soon, I hope! Knit on!

Love those colors! They remind my of the Northern Lights. And the fit is perfect. I haven't quite mastered getting the fit right. Mine always seem to stretch and sag.

As they say in my native new Yawk, GawJus!!!
Love the colors - but I especially love the way your heels turn out (no pun intended!).
I am going to take a long look at your Andersson heel instructions!
Keep on keepin on, bro!

Wow, Colin, I really like your socks! The colors are marvelous and the heel looks really cool. I am just starting my second pair of socks, and will do the heel in the pattern, but hopefully someday I will work the heel best for me.
